Well...I've been married for 33 days and in Canada for 25! Not that I'm keeping track or anything. No job searching until I get my residency, which can take 1+ years for the whole process. No working or taking education classes until then or I get arrested, deported, and banned from Canada! For now I am here on a visitors visa. Welcome to Canada!
My husband works during the day 5 to 6 days a week so what to I have to do in the great Province of British Columbia? Learn the art or homemaking and being a housewife. The highest calling (more on that later).
I decided to start another blog, yup another one. I have one from my younger days, haha, and one of my adventures in Africa. So I'm starting this one to record my journey of being married to a Canadian!
What will be on this blog:
Well, a bit of everything really! Cooking, baking, recipes, sewing, crafting, devotions, activities, fun places of BC, etc. I have lots of thoughts and ideas floating around in my head and the key is just getting motivated and inspired to act on them. Also another reason for starting this blog...to be productive!
Sorry for a short random post. I don't want to be a longgggg, draw out poster person...gotta keep your attention somehow so you don't get bored reading a novel. So this is just my start, gotta start somewhere!
